First Runner Up

Peruple Founded by Abhinav Pathak, Saketh BSV, and Yogesh Ghaturle, Peruple is a self-checkout and omnichannel commerce platform. For consumers, it helps discover stores in the neighborhood. Once at the store, consumers can use the app to scan barcodes, obtain all product, pricing & promotion information, checkout and pay in the app itself using one of the several safe and secure payment methods. It is live at Big Bazaar, HyperCITY, Nilgiris, More, SPAR, Pantaloons, Spencers, Sangeetha Mobiles, Chai Point, KFC and Modern Bazaar.

Second Runner Up

Nukkad Shops : Founded by Hyderabad-based Vivek Shukla, and Ravi Korukonda, Nukkad Shops offers a one-stop solution for managing every aspect of a retail business – billing, inventory management, customer engagement, purchase & sales management and many more. It offers smart and reliable POS solutions to match every budget and feature request. Its latest product Nukkad Shops Aspire is designed for small and medium businesses.

Startup Awards 2018

• The start-up should be a legal entity that has been in existence for at least one year and not more than seven years.
• Applicant/s must be Indian Nationals who are residents of India and must be above 18 years of age.
• The solution offered should be applicable to retail.
• The solution should be innovative, add value to customers and should be commercial.
• The solution should be beyond the idea stage, address a clear opportunity, and have a scalable transactional model.

* Any other criteria as decided by Jury ** Decision of RAI Jury regarding terms & conditions, eligibility and selection will be deemed final ***The organisers hold the right to eliminate or modify categories as per nominations received.

Process flow:

1. 1st level screening
2. Last date for entries 20th May 2018
3. Preliminary Jury will shortlist 10 entries
4. Shortlisted 10 entries will be announced on 1st June 2018
5. Shortlisted 10 start-ups will give final presentation on 12th June 2018
