Harsh brings 7+ years of experience in financial services and food and beverage. As the Strategy and Alliance Manager for Mad Over Donuts, Harsh has been instrumental in the technological transformation of the company.

He has played lead roles in implementing the company’s ERP system and POS, building and managing the brand’s online ordering system, and implementing a variety of technology-led initiatives which have helped to improve efficiency and increase transparency throughout the organisation.

Harsh is a young and dynamic leader who understands current trends and innovation important to the millennial audience. He works closely with the brand’s marketing team to further drive the company’s digital marketing efforts.

He is currently working on improving the existing point of sale system, implementing a loyalty program for improved customer engagement and experience, and an operations process improvement system which has proven its effectiveness with some of the leading Global QSR chains
