She currently heads Loyalty at Axis Bank, which is the 3rd largest private B&FS company with $55B Assets and 22M Customers. She evangelizes the use of data to make Banking Products more relevant for customers. She has successfully transformed a ‘Cards-only’ program to a Bank wide Loyalty Program, thereby creating a competitive edge for the Bank. She has spearheaded marketing automation at the Bank with new marketing tools, leading to higher ROI on spends.
