Siju Narayan is a 19 year veteran of retail and institutional sales and marketing in India. Having worked with blue chip Indian and multinational corporations, he has gained experience and expertise in managing various aspects of the demand and supply chain. For the past 10 years, he has been involved with providing retailers in India consulting and technology solutions that enable digital transformation initiatives and help land their business plans. Customer centricity, supply chain visibility, business collaboration models, targeted marketing optimization, e-commerce and the digital & social impact on retailing are some of the trends he follows keenly. Siju, today, works with organizations that seek to be customer-centric in the truest sense by helping them build up the integrated application stack that enables a seamless, ONE customer experience across multiple channels of customer engagement. He works with key business stakeholders in assessing an enterprise’s capabilities in the areas of enterprise marketing management & digital marketing, supply chain, customer value strategy and omni channel strategy.
Siju is part of thought leadership and industry forums like the Retailers Association of India (he is on the Technology Committee of RAI and the organizing panel of the annual Retail Technology Conclave – ReTechCon) and FICCI (he is on the Retail Expert Panel of FICCI Tamil Nadu State Council).
As the foundation for his experience mix is a Mechanical Engineering degree (Hons.) and a PGDM from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) with specialization in Marketing & Systems. An avid debater and quizzer, he was a regular at inter-collegiate cultural festivals.
